As part of the ERP CDX Cloud Delivery Service Engineering & Delivery organization, you�ll play a critical role in shaping the provisioning lifecycle of industry-leading products like S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Our team is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing automated provisioning processes that ensure rapid, reliable, and high-quality delivery of cloud services to our global customer base. What you'll do As a DevOps Engineer for ERP CDX Cloud Delivery Service Engineering & Delivery, you will be part of a high-performing team managing the Provisioning lifecycle for the products of S/4HANA Cloud (public) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Your role and responsibilities will be manifold - you will take part: i n requirement discussions a nd will do technical validations of automations a nd act as the channel to the Co-leads for potential improvements a nd provide insides on the overall status of rolled-out processes such as failure rates, runtime and more e nsuring high quality standards of the products i n driving initiatives & topics within the Provisioning area to further improve the customer experience W hat you bring A BAP Basis Admin skills (e.g. installation) [upgrade, backup, certificates, transports/TMS is a plus only] 4 -8 years of experience S AP HANA / HANA Cloud O S Knowledge (primarily Linux) S AP Software Lifecycle Tools, e.g. SWPM E xperience with Hyperscalers (Azure, GCP, Alicloud, AWS) E xperience with BTP S PC (Service Provider Cockpit) Automation/Provisioning know-how S trong methodological and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking P roven ability to work and lead in cross-architectural and delivery teams C apability to influence without formal authority C ommunication and interpersonal skills C ultural awareness and intercultural competencies A bility to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders D ecision-making and can-do attitude P ersistence, self-motivation and willingness to work under pressure P roject management and Presentation skills M eet your team We at ERP Cloud Delivery are accountable to deliver secure and reliable cloud services to our SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition and Integrated Business Planning customers globally.
