Deliver: Design, implement and operate end-to-end product delivery, drive velocity, modularity, component reuse and performance/reliability, in close cooperation with multiple geographically distributed teams across Product, Development, Design, User Research and Engineering teams to deliver complex, large-scale projects.
Own: Complete end-to-end ownership through product lifecycle with strong focus on solution, reliability and efficiency is expected.
Drive technical expertise: Optimize application for best performance. Use and promote state of the art technologies, tools and engineering practices.
Share and contribute: Support and guide less senior team members, contribute to team spirit and dynamic growth, actively participate in wider engineering group- and product-wide activities.

Your expertise
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of the mission critical stack, with focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance.
Authority for end-to-end performance and operability.
Partnering with our development teams in defining and implementing improvements in service architecture.
Articulate technical characteristics of services and technology areas and guide Development Teams to engineer new solutions on the Azure Cloud.
Demonstrate clear understanding of automation and orchestration principles.
5+ years of DevOps experience in delivering production grade software.
Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
A Software Engineering mindset, broad understanding of DevOps but with in-depth knowledge and experience of implementations with the Microsoft product stack (Azure) with special focus in Azure DevOps
Scripting languages, PowerShell/Bash , Automating the creation and maintenance of complex cloud infrastructure (anything as code).
Automation & Configuration Management tools such as AKS, Terraform , Source code control repository GitLab
Azure Services (Application Insights, Azure DevTest Lab, API Management, Web and Mobile Apps, Windows VM etc.)
Indepth knowledge of CI, CD & build automation tools -Jenkins, Quick Build, Teamcity, GitLab, Octopus Deploy etc.
A desire to continually develop your knowledge of new functionality in the Microsoft platforms, keeping on top of roadmaps, studying for certifications and being ahead of the curve and latest trends to bring maximum value to our clients
Strong cross-discipline and cross group collaboration skills.
Passion for delivering high quality/delightful user experience
Strong problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies and adopt solution from within the company or from the Open Source community.
