Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain applications post live by monitoring availability, and overall system health.
Help in operational Tasks of troubleshooting, debugging and documentation.
Support in ongoing development by making required changes on the Infra Scripting side.
Closely working with the Tech Team to have a complete understanding of flow and architecture.
Identify risks, responsiveness, and work with a sense of urgency plus work within a team or independently.
Following CIS benchmarks and tuning of Network and Software to increase performance.
Interact with cross-team for supported applications.
Minimum Technical Qualifications:
1.5 - 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps Practices and UNIX/ Linux System administration.
Hands-on experience in AWS services and AWS DevOps tools (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS etc.)
Experience with AWS EKS concepts (Nodes, Namespace, Containers, Pods).
Experience in Monitoring/Alerting Framework like ELK, APM, Grafana, Prometheus etc.
Expertise in Shell and Python Scripting.
Expertise in using build tools like Maven for the building of deployable artefacts.
Hands-on experience in Build Release management, setting up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Artifactory.
Experience working with Ansible and Terraform for Infrastructure as a code.
Experience in using Docker components like Docker Engine, Hub, Docker Registry, handling Docker images primarily for middleware installations and domain configurations.
Good to have experience with Messaging Queues (Kafka preferred).
Good to have experience with Redis Caching.
Experience with a version control system (GIT preferred) preferred Technical and Professional Expertise.
