Devops Engineer
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Location: Bangalore , Pune
Mandatory Skills- Kubernetes , Terraform, jenkind , CI CD
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Diploma/Engineering / related stream
2-3 years of relevant experience in Linux and DevOps
Good team player and quick learner
Able to have a good debugging skills
Good communication skills
Good knowledge on the Cloud
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts
Good active listening skills
Ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence
Good documentation skills
Good knowledge on code repos GitLab/GitHub/VSTS
Good in any one of the development / scripting languages
Good with CI/CD with Jenkins/GitLab, webservers (Apache/Nginx), any databases, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes.
Any Cloud certifications [ AWS / GCP / Azure]
Any Linux Certifications [ RedHat / Ubuntu / Centos]
Responsibilities:
Help resolve software and technical questions for the customer efficiently and effectively
Creating pipelines for the CI/CD setup
Creating manifest file Kubernetes deployment
Meet SLA’s like response and resolution times by partnering within L1, L2
Automating take the daily ad-hoc tasks complete them within SLA’s
Partner with Technical Support team members on various strategic projects when needed
Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status.
Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and/or availability.
Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team.
Build and deploying Docker images to various environments using Kubernetes
Patching various Linux environments
