Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with software developers, system operators (SysOps), and other stakeholders to manage code releases. Your primary focus will be on deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing cloud-based applications and environments to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment processes.
· Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management to ensure scalability and reliability.
· Implement and manage containerization technologies for efficient application deployment and management.
· Monitor and optimize system performance, resource utilization, and cost-efficiency of cloud-based infrastructure.
· Prepare cost-estimates when evaluating different infrastructure set ups.
Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with AWS resource provisioning.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments using tools like Terraform.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with related tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration systems such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure cost optimization strategies and tools.
• Previous exposure to server less computing technologies and frameworks
