What success looks like in this role:
• Provide Level 1-2 technical support
• Monitoring production environment
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Deploy updates and fixes
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
• Develop scripts to automate routine tasks
• Developing Infrastructure As Code

You will be successful in this role if you have:
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
• 3 to 7 Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Experience with Azure software architecting is advantageous
• Working Knowledge of Dockers and Containers
• Experience managing distributed computation engines like Hadoop, Spark
• Experience with monitoring solutions like Grafana setup and maintenance
• Working knowledge of Databricks is a bonus
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL
• Problem-solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit
