Job Title: Devops Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Lead to support and deploy mission-critical, customer-facing, front-end and back-end production SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and deploy mission-critical, customer-facing, front-end and back-end production SaaS environments.
• Improve site performance, monitoring, and overall stability of the production environments.
• Performance tuning, monitoring, maintaining fault-tolerant / HA infrastructure Disaster recovery, design implementation and maintenance.
• Interact with the Engineering team for supporting/maintaining/designing non-production environments and continuous integration environments.
• Automation of deployment, customisation, upgrades and monitoring for Cloud-based and self-hosted environments.
• Participate in long-term strategies and scalability efforts.
• Build documentation of operating procedures and train junior team members.
Requirements:
• Strong background with Cloud Service Providers - AWS is mandatory while GCP and Azure experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong background with Ubuntu, RHEL and Amazon Linux 2 administration.
• Strong experience with automation and configuration management using Terraform tooling and Packer.
Technical Skills:
DevOps, AWS, AZURE, Linux 2 administration, terraform, RDBMS and NoSQL
Education:
Any Engineering graduate with strong experience in software industry / e-commerce industry / IT Product company will be plus.
Experience:
6 - 8 years of experience in Strong DevOps background with Cloud Service Providers - AWS is mandatory.
