How will I Help?

At Westpac were building a simpler and stronger bank. Our Enterprise DevSecOps Team is a core enabler of that vision. We are responsible for the platform of tools, processes, and enablement of communities in the creation and delivery of world class technology service offerings.

We focus on enabling the flow from concept to working solutions. This is a rapidly evolving domain of essential services with high availability requirements, watertight governance controls and rapid feedback loops. We require an experienced Senior DevSecOps Platform Engineer with deep experience in running Enterprise scale tooling. You will be responsible for the availability, integrity, currency, and usability of this suite of components. You will also mentor and work with our other Engineering team members to realise our vision and uplift their DevOps/SRE capabilities.

You will have broad knowledge and deep experience across software development, infrastructure, tools, and processes. You will have previously deployed, administered, and orchestrated the use of DevSecOps tools at an Enterprise scale. You will also join the team in realising our platform features and supporting our ecosystem of tools and platform processes. You may have technically led or managed a large development shop. You have worked in an Agile environment at scale where you can demonstrate how you have improved the processes you were responsible for.
