Job Overview
This role is responsible for designing and setting up complex integrations into and out of the Salesforce platform using Managed AWS Services. The engineer will build and deploy efficient, scalable integrations that align with Amazon's business development needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design/build/deploy new solutions and capabilities for improving the efficiency and customer experience for CRM.
Implement processes and mechanisms to audit and ensure operational monitoring and security of integrations.
Engage with systems that operate at a very large scale, pioneering new methods and approaches to delivering software, serving customers, and enabling large, distributed, worldwide sales teams.
Work directly with cross-functional teams, product teams, and business leaders to identify opportunities to share learnings, technology, and best practices across all teams within Amazon using Salesforce.
Leverage strong communication skills and a passion for using data and software to drive business decisions at scale.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Technical expertise in at least one major technical area: large scale Unix systems engineering, building complex distributed systems, building monitoring or management tools for large-scale environments
