Role Description - Summary:
Deutsche Bank is actively renewing its digital channels and has started many strategic and challenging projects. Next to some major technological changes Deutsche Bank has decided to step into the Agile software development methodology in order to improve its agility and reduce time to market without scarifying quality
As a DevOps engineer you will be responsible of build, test and maintain the infrastructure and tools to allow for the speedy development and release of software. DevOps will bring CICD pipeline to enforce production deployment smooth and without manual intervention.

Your Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities / Tasks:
• Design and discuss your own solution for addressing user stories and tasks
• Automate the build pipeline, for hassle free deployment
• Integrate, deploy, maintain and improve software
• Perform peer review of stories
• Actively participate into the squad activities and ceremonies e.g. daily stand-up/scrum meeting
• Actively participate and Dev chapter lead activities
• Apply continuous integration best practices in general (SCM, build automation, unit testing, dependency management)
• Collaborate with other squad members to achieve the Squad/Sprint objectives
• Report progress/update Agile team management tools (JIRA/Confluence)
• Manage individual task priorities and deliverables
• Support the PO, Analyst and Scrum Master
• Responsible for quality of solutions the he/she provides
• Contribute to planning and continuous improvement activities,
• Binary and source code control & management.
• Production Change management planning and delivery
• Managing the SDLC process for application release.
Your Skills And Experience
• Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair working, Automated Testing, Agile Games
• Has experience of minimum 5 years in DevOps role
• Has experience with DevOps tools e.g. Docker, Openshift, GIT, TeamCity, Maven, Gradle, Sonar
• Has experience with TeamCity Or Jenkins for creating CICD pipeline
• Has experience with scripting
• Experience with UML design
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Experience with distributed/multi-locations teams
• Familiar with Agile Team management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Understand and promote Agile values: FROCC (Focus, Respect, Openness, Commitment, Courage)
• Good communication skills
• Pro-active team player
• Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary, self-organised teams
• Professional knowledge of English
• Differentiators: knowledge/experience about
• Docker or Openshift

• Any scripting language
