POSITION SUMMARY (Key tasks and outcomes):
Experienced Azure DevSecops engineer working closely with product engineers, architects and developers to build highly reliable and secure products.
Position Title: DevSecOps
Job Description:
• Automate software deployment and monitoring in Azure.
• Analyzing, executing, and streamlining DevSecOps practices.
• Performance management of cloud infrastructure
• Manage CI/CD pipeline for the production and development environments.
• Manage code repositories, code merge and quality checks, continuous integration and automated deployment processes.
• Act as server administrator for dedicated group of Azure Windows VMs.
• Work with software and systems engineers to architect, configure, and troubleshoot application servers and the software running on them.
• Install and configure systems and custom third-party software packages.
• Coordinate tasks between software and system engineers.
• Keen desire to be involved in the design and implementation of Greenfield DevOps function.
• Improve infrastructure development and application development.
• Being able to setup an environment by articulating the requirement and put it in to perspective.
• Anticipate needs, accumulate resources, and plan accordingly.
• Inspect issues in automation, version control, and overall security and suggest necessary steps to solve those quickly.
• Key Responsibility Area :
• Plan, execute, maintain, and patch all types of workloads in Azure.
• Build and deploy configuration management to support Continuous Delivery.
• Implement infrastructure as code on Azure to automate infrastructure deployment.
• Implement instrumentation to monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related workloads.
• Manage auto scaling of infrastructure and instances to right-size workload and performance.
• Use and manage CI tools, GitLab, Docker, and container orchestration tools.
• Work closely with various teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
• Good knowledge on Containers and Virtualization (Kubernetes & Dockers) – Platform will be used to create this environment.
• Script with PowerShell.
• Develop highly repeatable processes and have a desire to AUTOMATE EVERYTHING.
• Good experience and understand with Git and Git workflows.
• Hands on experience on setting up, configure and maintain MS SQL on Azure.
• Have basic knowledge on Scrum and Agile and know the values of continues deployment and delivery.
• Good in trouble shooting and problem solving.
• Facilitate end-to-end communication.

• 5+ years hands on experience on cloud and DevOps Engineering, with at least 3 years Azure experience
Education Levels/Credentials:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
Skills and Abilities and Other Characteristics:
• Enthusiastic team player who enjoys both strategic and hands on work
• Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to complex product issues
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
