We are inviting applications for the role of BA, MIS & Reporting
In this role, you will be responsible to Support the Treasury, Trade reconciliations team
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations
Provide support for data collection, visualization dashboard enhancement
Development of new dashboard
Understand customer requirement and deliver within time
Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies, and following up with internal stakeholders to ensure the customer requirements are respected during the cycle and as per the deadline
Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Any Tech graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
Good working experience with global stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
Strong technical knowledge
Hands on experience on Tableau, Postgre SQL, MS Office
Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice
Effective probing skills and analysing / understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
Strong attention to detail.
