Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office skills especially in MS PowerPoint (Expert) and MS Excel (Intermediate), MS Word (Intermediate)– (Required to understand and create content in fast pace environment including content for CXO and Strategy level carve outs for the banks Global Oversight function)
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans as per client specifications
• Execute project management plans, set up tracking systems, update project schedule, modify project plans as needed
• Required to support exercises such as Annual Policy / Regulations Gap Analysis, Functional Risk Assessment, Functional Controls Assessment on Global levels, Regulatory Audits, Internal Audits and extensively indulge / interpret / converse / analyze / and build content related to time-sensitive requirements.
• Provide project support on a consistent basis to stakeholders about documentation, adjustments, and progress (involves attending leadership reviews, documenting extensive minutes / summarizations)
• Able to take time sensitive ad-hoc projects and handle multiple deliverables / assignments (tracking / execution)
Preferred qualifications
• Familiarity with Basel II, III, CCAR, CECL, 2052A other similar Banking regulations and processes
• Familiarity with Digital Analytics, AI and other hybrid solution developments related to regulatory infrastructure for the banks
• Working on JIRA
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams – knowledge of MS Visio
