Job Description
· Interaction with Clients & Vendors
· Support Management in assessing strategic deals, deploying long term and short term fund requirements
· Optimise level of working capital and cash flow management by ensuring timely tracking and monitoring
· Preparation & finalisation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Audit & MIS report
· Ensure establishment of financial controls and processes, monitor compliance and efficacy of the audit process
· Collaborate with external/internal auditors to ensure successful audit and compliance
· Ensure business risks are made transparent to Functional Heads
· Design and implement optimum treasury, finance, tax and other relevant internal control policies with the aim to continuously improve financial state
· Assess financial aspects of acquisition deals with a view to assess the tax structure, capital structure, valuation to be paid, and recommend to the board
· Manage relationships with clients, banks, creditors, investors, analysts and rating agencies
· Manage people development initiatives within the department/function and ensure a capable and motivated workforce to include review of performance management
· Support building of capability development plans
· Implement internal control policies and procedures
· Monitor all aspects of fund management and liquidity risk management to ensure achievement of management objectives
· Proactively plan, budget and manage the income-tax liability to take the available benefits under the provisions of applicable laws and regulations
· Interpret legislative changes in taxes, derive impact on the organization and affect actions/plans accordingly
· Ensure compliances on EPF, ESIC, GTI and GHI aspects
