The DGM full form in the bank is Deputy General Manager. They mainly assist the general managers and other top-ranked executives of a particular bank. DGM with other officials works in developing, executing, and planning on the relevant projects.
The primary function of a DGM is to supervise the day-to-day working of an organization such as the banking sector. Their educational qualifications are also certainly high as compared to the lower-ranked officials of a bank.
• Job Responsibilities: -
- Debt Syndication - Term Loan & Working Capital
- Treasury Management - Preparation of monthly and quarterly forecasts of funds requirements in coordination with other departments
- Monitoring usage of funds and rotation of funds within companies
- Ensuring adherence to statutory compliances like foreign exchange regulations, BRC, BOE
- Day to day Banking transactions
- Preparing budget, managing cash and fund flow
- Liasioning with Banks / Financial Institutions
- Managing Trade Finance, LC, Buyer’s credit, Suppliers credit
Pay: ₹3,200,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
