PERSON PROFILE
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring project completion within timelines, cost, and quality parameters
• Ensuring completion of civil and other necessary jobs at the site according to targeted plan.
• Cross-functional coordination with MEP and other functions. He should be a solution-oriented person.
• Ability to make informed decisions based on site conditions on a day-to-day basis
• Conduct daily review meetings with consultants and General contractor.
• Hold weekly meetings with contractors to achieve project targets
• Ability to review tender specifications and implement work as per approved designs at the site/project level
• Capable of creating checklists for site review and inspection purposes
• Expertise in solving project-related difficulties, including drawing, material, and labour challenges
• Proficient in civil project execution and management.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
• Experience about 12-18 years.
• Experience in construction of large scale PEB structures and industrial factories.
• Experience in dealing with contractors, consultants, and clients
• Specific knowledge of P.E.B. (Pre-Engineered Building) structure erection.
• Working experience in construction of WTP/ETP/STP and utilities lines like water/sewerage and ETP lines.
• Proficient in team management to lead project execution from start to closure
• General coordination experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services for overall project completion
Desired
• Specific knowledge of heavy civil foundations civil aspects and super structures along with finishes.
• Knowledge of roads &drain works inside the plant along with utilities corridor development and construction.
Role Specific Qualifications/Certifications
• B. Tech/M. Tech in Civil Engineering only.
• Experience in email communication & related correspondence good knowledge in Autocad
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, & Power point Presentation)
• Experience in creating Schedule in MS Project & Periodic Tracking Language
Leadership skills
• Strong people management skills, including developing and motivating direct reports, colleagues and consultants.
• Ability to work under own initiative with a proactive approach to problem solving enabling the creation of strategies and roadmaps
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences, stakeholders, customers and partners.
