Job Description
· Lead Engineering & Design Department with a team comprising of Design and Project managers handling RFQs, Tool & Process Development , Proto parts Development and Testing
· Ensure RFQs and Product Development are delivered as per customer requirement
· Explore innovative Tool design concepts to maximize Yield with optimum process design to attract the new business.
· Pro actively pursue and develop new technologies which are relevant to business to stay ahead of competition
· Develop Design Automation for improving the lead time of RFQ ,Tool Design and Product development.
Functional Technical Skills
· Thorough Knowledge on Press and its operations, Tool Design , Tooling Materials , Tool Manufacturing and program management
· Knowledge on Electro Plating , Welding , Machining and Heat Treatment essential
· Knowledge on Carbide tooling and High speed stamping is preferred.
· Exposure to 3D modelling and analysis would be added advantage

· Team Building and development of key team members
· Interpersonal skills and Maintain cordial relationship with all stake holders in the company

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
