Client is a leading MNC in autopart manufacturing. Job title: DGM ESG & Sustainability Location: Pune Responsiblities:
• In depth and current knowledge of sustainability practices, applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to identify strategic needs, build mid- to long-term sustainability strategy / climate action plan with sound business recommendations, while generating alignment with key stakeholders
• Experience in project planning and project management
• Ability to analyze, comprehend research and identify relevant and valuable information
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in an entrepreneureal environment
• Ability to work in multi-dimensional matrix structure
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills
Requirement:
• Industry experience of 15 years, at least 3 of which overseeing sustainability or ESG function for a large division or multi-national company
