Job Purpose
• Responsible for fiber operations and planning for the circle
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
• Cluster specific Capex analysis and Planning of Fiber budgeting in line with new technology rollout, capacity expansion, ofc pop relocation & consolidation to carry required Spectrum Bandwidth. Planning of Fiber requirements for short term and long term P1/P2 outages as a remedy
• Site dependency analysis for each specific Fiber route ASK & provide all relevant inputs for Capex justification & capex release
• Coordination with cross functional teams for OFC survey, Infra feasibility & documentation. Support to MW Planning team for Consolidation and Architecture. Physical Audit of the OFC network. Sharing of Punch points and field observations. Support to Operations team by Planning R-Capex & subsequent Approvals
