Greetings from Randstad, We are looking for a corporate lawyer who will be responsible for the Regulatory matters dealing with CERC, APTEL and Litigation matters .The incumbent will be managing regulations in all aspects and levels of business and also ensure company compliance. The candidate will also be coordinating with the Board of Directors, shareholders, government and regulatory authorities, and all other stakeholders. Designation:. General Manager

Qualification: Law Degree

Location: Mumbai Industry : Manufacturing , Power or Infra ProjectsExperience : 12+ Years Job Responsibilities

 Should be strong on Regulatory matters dealing with CERC, APTEL and Litigation matters

 Dealing with legal firms (Advocate on Records) and Senior legal counsels

 Dealing with management and coordination of activities (Contracts & Legal Aspects)

 Analysis and research: Various regulations, Tariff orders and Judgements issued

 Preparing and filing of tariff petitions, replies, rejoinders, etc..

 Disseminate knowledge to junior team members.

 Shall be responsible for facilitating various regulatory compliances required for the plant

and Company’s operations.

 Drafting/ Vetting / Review of contracts, agreements including commercial and financing

agreements

 Maintaining repository of ongoing legal matters and periodically updating management

on upcoming matters

 Should be a good team player to deal with various internal stakeholders
