Job Description
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ ME / M.Tech (ECE/EEE/E&I) with minimum 25 to 30 yrs of experience in Electronics Product design / manufacturing companies. Experience Defence and Aerospace industries preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Planning deliveries to meet Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Targets
• Production and Process improvements based on organization needs and technology changes.
• Periodic review and reporting of Project/Process status and reporting
• Interface with Other Teams for execution, Installation & Commissioning
• Interactions with customers and agencies for product acceptance and testing.
• Continuous improvement and Process control for multiple shift operation
• Resource Planning and Team building
Knowledge required:
• Knowledge in PCB Assembly, Soldering & Wiring assembly
• Knowledge in Aerospace standards AS+100
• Knowledge in digital and Radio Frequency electronics
• Knowledge in electronics production process, mechanical assembly, testing Testing and measuring Equipment and installation of systems
• Knowledge in Industrial Practices of Electronics Industry
Skills Required:
• Team management
• Project / Product Management tools
• Planning and Reporting to meet the KRAs
• Production Shop floor management
• Test and Measurement Equipment usage
Additional Knowledge Preferred:
• International standards like IPC (for PCB assembly, Harnessing, Rework, etc), JS55555, etc
• Process tools like 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, 7QC tools, 7 Wastes, etc
