Job Description
Preparing & approval of annual maintenance, utility budget & monitoring monthly variance. Proper utilization of all equipment, efficiency & Improvement of machinery, new technology enhancement and ensuring on the uninterrupted support to all the production units
Planning & execution of Annual Shut Down maintenance within approved target. Rectifying plant machinery in terms of expansion of plant and current practice, forecasting & planning of machinery value addition.
Analysis of Breakdown occurs & eliminates/ minimizes causes / effect
To ensure proper supply chain for maintenance with the essence to contribute to the control of working capital by proper inventory control. Planning & Approval taken for allocation of Funds for Equipment replacement, modification / Capital Investment
Prepare execution modification of projects as per Process requirement. Generating monthly MIS report related maintenance activity Study, check feasibility of Energy Conservation Scheme & implement
Best practice to forecast manpower planning and develop skill of work and utilised the manpower in terms of business practice. Proper budgeting of existing as well as future prospects. Capable to grow the team and having managerial skill and good leadership quality
