• Non-IT Background.
• Any BPO companies and No need of IT or cloud background.
• MBA with a well known University will only be considered.
4. 10+years of over all experience and 5+ years of experience in relevant Project Management field.
Location :
Bangalore or anyone interested to move to Bangalore.
• PMP Certification if there Its very good
• The ideal person for the job will be an initiative-taking analytical person with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. He/ She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing strategic and administrative duties and tasks, and providing support to CAO.
• Program and project management and business consulting
• Lead project governance meetings and project communications
• Designing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee company efficiency.
• Experience in understanding business priorities and deriving data driven ( solutions, enabling client value-creation.
• Expertise in generating business insights by collecting and analyzing internal / external data
• Identify and manage key strategic initiatives. Additionally maintain cross-functional / global relationships and coordination with the leadership team, stakeholders etc.
• Drive strategic presentation.
Mandatory Skills :
• 10+ years of work experience including / as a Project Manager. MBA preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor approach to your audience
• Formal training in business analysis and project management is preferable (PMP is an advantage)
• Interpersonal skills
• Logical and analytical
• Excellent excel and PowerPoint skills
