Role Summary:

The Deputy General Manager (DGM) for Business Development in Events and Activation is responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships to expand the company’s portfolio of events and activations. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.

- Develop comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth

- Lead efforts to acquire new clients and manage existing client relationships.

- Develop and present compelling proposals and pitches to secure new business.

Experience:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development & client servicing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role.

- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
