Position: DGM, Treasury
Company: Listed Manufacturing Company
Location: New Delhi
Responsibilities
• To raise debt for Projects from Domestic Banks, FIs, Capital market & Overseas markets at right cost and rationalizing the covenants
• Banking Relationship management
• Enabling working capital optimization & assessment of working capital limits and tie-ups
• Forex management and minimization of Fx risks, mitigation plans and execution. Monitor hedging positions of the company, interaction with Bank Treasury and Forex Advisor
• Cashflow forecasting and managing surplus funds through investments in board approved investment option
• Monitor liquidity position of the company to ensure availability/investment of funds and optimization of funds. Long, medium and short-term liquidity planning and monitoring
• Adherence and compliance of Corporate Treasury and group guidelines. Compliance with FEMA regulations, Banking, RBI, SEBI and other applicable regulations
• Drive innovation in treasury for improved productivity, high conversion, new cost effective debt structures etc. Spearhead the Digital collection and payment initiative of the Company
• Managing Banking arrangements & relationship. Identify potential banking partners/products to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Knowledge of ESG Compliances
Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant (Preferred) / MBA (Finance) from Premier Institute
• Knowledge of SEBI, AMFI, FEMA, RBI and Banking regulations Experience
• 12-15 years' experience in Corporate Treasury at a senior position
