6) Job Description :
1 Lead and develop the India Design Engineering and Offer Engineering teams.
2 Workload distribution planning in accordance with the manufacturing schedules to improve mechanical engineering efficiency.
3 Plan and implement Street & Morris Crane's GTM strategy in collaboration with management and internal stakeholders.
4 Drive product vertical development and expansion by collaborating with sales and management and acting as a consultative support and driver.
5 Provide technical guidance to other departments such as sales and proposals, order management, manufacturing, procurement and logistics, and project management.
6 Determine correct resources for providing required group roles and responsibilities.
7 Provide in-depth product training to sales team helping enhance product knowledge within the sales team
8 Offer Support for customized requirements to sales team and customer
+ Monitor, review, and evaluate team performance and, if necessary, take corrective action.
10 Ensure that all work complies with relevant statutory requirements and standards.
11 Participate inhiring and employment decisions.
12 Process improvement and component standardization.
13 Per order technical support to sales team and Customer.
