Job Description
Key Performance Indicators:
- Should have manufacturing industry experience, more preferably in Chemical and process industry.
- Hands-on experience in Manufacturing accounting, preparation of Business Plan/MIS and strong on control over factory operations/Accounting.
- Hands on experience on SAP/HANA in MM, PP and FICO modules
- Factory Accounting Exposure is Must.
- Should have the capability to drive the unit profitability
- Liaison with statutory auditors and external auditors for resolving issues and audits.
- Should have handled 6-8 large manufacturing units.
- Exposure to design and Implement SOPs/Controls
- Exposure to Statutory Audits, Internal Audits and IFC
- Open to move across all the factories in all the states.
Language Proficiency:
English - Regional language
Tamil/Telugu/Kannada (Preferrable)
Other Requirements:
SAP Knowledge is added advantage
