• Responsible for Compensation Management, HR Policy, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Training And Development HRIS PMS Systems Statutory Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for interacting with all levels of management to understand & translate business requirements into overall people strategy, in addition to managing all facets of Human Resources with regard to talent acquisition.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes.
• To manage cost effective quality hiring across all departments.
• Supervising complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
• Optimizing the employee salaries on par with other region cum industry base.
• Campus recruitment on line recruitment, referral recruitment while optimizing the sourcing cost.
• Networking with effective sources institutional heads (B Schools) for manpower acquisition.

• Ensuring resolution of employee grievances by adopting methods like counselling and establishing works committees.
• Formulating and implementing best HR practices, policies & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.
• Handling the entire performance appraisal process across levels and establishing a framework for substantiating performance appraisal systems linked to reward management.
• Introducing new and innovative ways of appraisal there by offering a 360 degree view to the organization.
• Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions.
• Curating and implementing training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs as well as developing effective induction programs.
• Preparing and submitting the Annual Personnel Budget for all personnel costs and Headcount to the management.
• Developing HR MIS to monitor and share any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries headcount.

• Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
Qualification And Experience:
• MBA in HR with Proven experience of 15-20 Years as an HR Generalist with BPO Industry. Age less than 45.
• Proven track record of a people manager, strong on data analysis, strong understanding of policy procedures, ability to think outside the box, Solution centric approach.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office & HRIS systems.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
• People Management skills.
• Coaching, Listening, Analytical skills.
• Good number orientation.
• Strong functional skills in HR area of expertise, ability to resolve conflicts and build teams.
• Excellent transparent communication style.
