•Location- Only Delhi NCR (No Relocation preferred)
SCOPE OF WORK:-
This position will be responsible for taking care of PAN India Contract Management including
Contract Drafting Review & Negotiation, Contract Management System and advisory, keeping in
mind safeguarding the company's interests and reputation.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Contract Drafting Review & Negotiation:
✓ Ensure contract execution activities are completed as per the timeline. Negotiate contracts to minimize risks and maximize legal rights and contractual entitlements and benefits. Anticipate issues estimate risks strategically and help the relevant department.
✓Preparing a repository for existing legal contracts and documents including assistance in executions.
✓ Review of a new contract for change in Laws/compliances, if found any gaps need to be implemented immediately.
