Responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders
You will replenish or pick products with directions from pick sheets or hand-held computers, obtaining merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order
Picker Packer Key Accountabilities:
Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
Accurately count product inventory by location
Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment
Assist in physical inventories
Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area
Daily use of a computer to pull orders, and create shipping labels

Role Purpose:
Responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. You will replenish or pick products with directions from pick sheets or hand-held computers, obtaining merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order.
Picker Packer Key Accountabilities:
• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.
Picker Packer Required Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting, preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Order Fulfillment as an Order Picker and Packer, including cross-trained skills across multiple departments: inbound, outbound, auto store, shipping, and receiving.
• Preparing product for safe shipment and verifying accuracy via computer, shipping label, and packing list.
• Daily use of a computer to pull orders, and create shipping labels. General Computer skills are required.
• Experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) is highly desired. Examples include Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, and SAP.
• Able to stand for extended periods, up to +0% of the shift.
• Must be able to safely lift and carry 50-75 pounds throughout the shift.
