Job Title: Diabetes Nurse Prescriber – Community-Based
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Diabetes Nurse Prescriber to work with the South Sefton Diabetes Team.
Key Responsibilities
• You will provide expert diabetes management, including prescribing medications, and offering specialist care to patients in both clinic settings and during home visits.
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive diabetes care and support for patients in the community.
• Initially, support and guidance will be provided via shadow shifts to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Position Details:
• Location: South Sefton
• Work Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
• Contract Duration: ASAP – 26/11/2026
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
• Band 7 Nurse with experience in diabetes management and prescribing
• Ability to work in both clinic and community settings, including home visits
