Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Diamond Manager located in Mumbai. The Diamond Manager will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline of an assigned set of accounts and identifying business opportunities while solving client business problems through data-based solutions. Additionally, the Diamond Manager will be responsible for interacting with cross-functional teams, leading the development of customized proposals and ensuring the success of customer adoption through product growth management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in selling software, services, or technology to enterprise clients
• Experience in managing large accounts, with experience managing accounts with ARR of $5M+
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including professional services, customer success, and product management
• Experience in managing and contracting technology consultants is a plus
• Experience in the B2C and B2B consumer space is a plus
• Experience in the retail, consumer packaged goods, or media and entertainment industries is a plus
