Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled Diesel Equipment Mechanics to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Diesel Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues in our diesel equipment.
Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues with wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services and provide preventative maintenance services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night shifts as needed.
Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary training in diesel mechanics or related field preferred.
• Valid medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters.
