Position: Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic
Location: Kalgoorlie, Western Australia
Employment Type: Casual or Full-Time – rostered work or weekday options
Roster: Flexible options available
We’re looking for skilled and motivated Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics to join our growing team! As a residential Kalgoorlie role, you’ll work on a range of heavy equipment both in the workshop and across local sites. With the option of either casual flexibility or full-time security.

Worthy Engineering is a mining services repairer, operating a team of over 70 employees from large workshop facilities in Perth (Henderson) and Kalgoorlie. Key Responsibilities:
Carry out scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
Perform breakdown maintenance on heavy mobile plant
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Work safely and efficiently within site guidelines
Liaise with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals
What You’ll Need:
Trade Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic (Australian recognised)
Experience in mining, earthmoving, or civil plant maintenance
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
C Class Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & ******* screening
A team-first attitude and commitment to safety
