Dietician | Bhopal | Experience – 5+ Years
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES
1.Conduct nutritional assessments of patients undergoing laboratory testing, considering their medical history, pathology diagnosis, and specific dietary requirements.
2.Develop tailored diet plans and nutritional interventions based on individual patient needs, treatment goals, and pathology test results.
3.Collaborate with pathologists, laboratory technicians, and other healthcare providers to integrate nutritional therapy into patients' overall care plans.
4.Educate patients and their families on the role of nutrition in supporting pathology diagnostics, disease management, and overall health.
5.Monitor patients' dietary adherence, nutritional status, and response to interventions, adjusting diet plans as needed.
6.Document patient interactions, nutritional assessments, and treatment plans in electronic medical records (EMRs) or laboratory information systems (LIS).
7.Stay updated on the latest research and developments in pathology nutrition, incorporating evidence-based practices into patient care.
8.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases, share insights, and contribute to treatment planning.
+.Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure that patients receive appropriate nutritional support before and after pathology testing, including fasting instructions and post-procedure dietary recommendations.
10.Maintain professional certifications and licensure, adhering to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in the practice of dietetics and pathology nutrition.
