• Attend meetings with the clients
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
• Meet potential clients by growing & maintaining the network and identifying the decision makers
• Research and build relationships with new clients
• Plan approaches and pitches
• Work with Tele Sales Team to develop proposals
• Create a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
• Participate in pricing the solution/service
• Present the company image in front of the client

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
