Position: Digital Ad Sales Manager
1. Digital Media – Planning, Buying and Optimisation; Marketing and Advertising Strategy.
2. Work on innovative propositions and digital strategy/media plan for clients across categories. Understanding client needs and category revenue opportunities
3. Collaborate with various internal teams to come up with integrated solutions basis client's objective.
4. Media sales professional experienced in branded content sales on the B2B side.
5. Knowledge of brand solutions sales on digital platforms.
6. Must have a flair for numbers and ability to make deals/proposals & costings.
7. Periodic update to the management on performance of various platforms in terms of traffic and revenues, including forecasting basis data available.
8. Track performance of campaigns on site by sections and ad properties.
+. Coordinating with Product and Tech teams on optimizing new ad spots and possible new integrations.
10. Validate and reconcile external i.e., third party reports from time to time.
Ideal candidate
1. 6-8 years of experience in Digital Media Sales, Content Creation, Brand Solutions, Content
Strategy, Social Media
2. Well-versed with mega-industry trends, latest advertisement offerings for the category; familiarity on
digital offerings
3. Knowledge of audience, video, contextual selling, IP selling.
4. Troubleshooting across key stakeholders
5. Good communication skills
