What you’ll do
Ongoing digital product behavioural tracking & tagging setups for new features, functionality, landing page elements, etc. as they are developed by squads
Proactive surfacing of user experience insights and opportunities from our Web Analytics platforms back to Product Managers, UX and our CRO team to drive web/app optimisation initiatives within existing product features and journeys
Technical assessment, review and action to improve data capability and technical implementation of analytics and digital marketing tools
Earnest contribution to our web/app data strategy, and the strict governance and maintenance of data layer documentation - for Data consumers
What you’ll bring
Deep technical expertise in modern digital experience and/or digital marketing platforms: This includes Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics), Meta, DoubleClick, and Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics 4).
Proven implementation skills: You should have a strong track record of implementing these platforms successfully. Basic JavaScript coding experience is also required.
Data Layer Design: You must be able to design Data Layer Specifications with a focus on omni-channel consistency and standards.
Tag Management Expertise: Familiarity with Tealium's iQ is highly advantageous, though transferable skills from similar tag management products are considered.
Collaboration and Business Acumen: You should have experience working with diverse stakeholder groups and possess the business acumen to translate technical issues into business impacts.
