Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Architect robust and scalable digital data collection, Engagement with and consulting with product managers, marketing teams & business representatives, Implementing and managing setups for tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Marketing pixels via Adobe Launch

Role: Digital Analytics Specialist
Architect robust and scalable digital data collection systems enabling marketeers and analysts to gain insights on user behavior and engagement
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions capable of continually measuring the business outcomes
Engagement with and consultation of product managers, marketing teams & business representatives while understanding their business requirements
Enable necessary configurations for on-prem, 1st party and 3rd party data collection solutions on a given digital asset using a TMS and traditional approach
Implement and manage setups for tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Marketing pixels via Adobe Launch
Work in collaboration with Dev teams
Skills Required
Hands-on experience with Tag Management Solutions like Adobe Launch/Ensighten/Tealium
Hands-on experience and profound understanding of Adobe Analytics, Web SDK
Exposure to Adobe Analytics functions like - Admin Configurations, Processing rules, Marketing Channel Set up, Report Suite Creation, configuring a launch property from scratch
Knowledge and strong understanding of web technologies/skills/ languages like HTML, CSS, Java Script & jQuery
Familiarity with client-server architecture, cookies
Good to have experience in utilizing Launch APIs and developing custom adobe launch extensions
Qualifications Required
4-6 years of experience in using tag management solutions like Adobe Launch, Ensighten, Tealium
4-6 years of experience in Web Technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
2-3 years of working experience in creating Adobe Workspace dashboards
Engineering degree would be a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
