Build a robust pipeline of cases by working closely with Relationship Managers
Ensure time bound process is followed for sourcing the deal through a Project Tracker
Product Sales Specialization
Have up to date knowledge on all DB products
Have knowledge of product fitment vs customer requirements
Client Relationship Management
Empower the Relationship teams for effective Client Relationship Management by the way of
timely delivery, manage escalations and get issues sorted out within defined TAT
