Product Maintainance1) Driving the usage and adoption of Cross Sell @ POS2) Visiting all the BBH regions and training the branch staff to increase adoption of the product3) Regular tracking of the product usage through reports and MIS and publish the same4) Regular monitoring of the Product uptime and ensure that downtime issue are resolved at the earliest5) Identifying and RCA of the downtime issues Product Enhancements1) Identifying the product enhancements scope2) Review of next steps and progress with key stakeholders including BTG, DAP, IT3) Approvals from Product, ISG, Audit, Compliance4) Planning test cases and end to end workflow with BPRG, IT and Product teams5) Review of test cases and their results and making final execution plan with BPRG / IT/VendorProject Management1) Identifying the New Major Projects for Cross Sell @ POS 2) Approvals from Product, ISG, Audit, Compliance3) Review of next steps and progress with key stakeholders including BTG, DAP IT4) Planning test cases and end to end workflow with BPRG, IT and Product teams5) Review of test cases and their results and making final execution plan with BPRG / IT/VendorDigital Innovation1) Research emerging technologies, innovations and latest product/process improvement launches in BFSI sector , and generate actionable ideas / concepts (use cases)related to these upcoming technologies2) Co-ordinate with different teams like BTG/IT, Audit, ISG, Compliance, Legal, Business and ensure their approvals for product launch and execution3)Ensure go-live for 5 digital innovation projects , support management and co-ordination for the project from concept initiation to Go LIVE4) Monitor projects/campaign/process performance w.r.t business ROI - Revenue & Cost SavingsTeam Work/ Collaboration1) Building a collaborative cohesive environment in the team2) To extend help to team members to grow and evolve
