About the job:
As a Founders' Assistant at Hello Reception, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, supporting our founders in all aspects of their day-to-day operations. Your strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with our clients and partners. Your proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva will allow you to streamline tasks and create visually engaging materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the founders' calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
2. Coordinate with clients and team members
3. Assist in preparing and editing presentations, reports, and other documents
4. Conduct research on various topics as needed
5. Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the founders
6. Help with social media management and content creation using Canva
7. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations for the founders
