Role Overview
As the Digital Lead, you will spearhead the creation and growth of JBC’s digital vertical. This role is an opportunity to lead the non-linear growth of a digital agency within an established brand consultancy. You will define services, drive digital strategy for clients, and mentor a team of marketers, designers, and strategists.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and leadership to scale a high-impact digital function.

Key Responsibilities
• Build & Scale the Digital Vertical - Establish and structure JBC’s digital services across social media, performance marketing, content, and growth.
• Grow the Digital Business - Drive the vertical’s growth by identifying new revenue opportunities, developing new services, and ensuring a strong market position.
• Manage P&L - Oversee the digital vertical’s financial health, set revenue targets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability.
• Lead Generation & Conversion - Develop and execute strategies to generate leads for digital services and convert them into long-term clients.
• Develop & Lead Digital Strategies - Own digital strategy for clients across brand, social media, email marketing, content, lead generation, WhatsApp marketing, community management, SEO, etc.
• Guide & Lead Execution Teams - Manage and mentor a team of specialists to ensure high-quality execution aligned with business objectives.
• Client & Business Growth - Work closely with business development teams to pitch, position, and execute innovative digital solutions for new and existing clients.
• Innovate & Experiment - Drive non-linear growth strategies and campaigns that set new benchmarks in brand storytelling and digital impact.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization - Track digital efforts, optimize strategies, and demonstrate tangible impact on client KPIs.
Who Are We Looking For?
• A digital-first marketer with 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, and digital growth.
• Experience working in an agency or a high-growth startup is a plus.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on expertise in social media, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, SEO, performance marketing, content marketing, and community engagement.
• Leadership experience – able to mentor and guide teams across execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to think creatively, experiment, and build something from scratch.
