• Actively search and shortlist relevant project opportunities from bidding platforms
• Understand client requirements and map them to our strengths
• Write compelling proposals with examples from Intecons' past work
• Customize bids with accurate timelines, deliverables, and questions that build trust
• Maintain and grow platform profiles with reviews, case studies, and timely responses
Requirements:
• Excellent written English and persuasive communication skills
• Previous experience bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Strong understanding of IT services (web, mobile, APIs, cloud, AI tools, etc.)
• Ability to learn about new technologies and client domains quickly
