Step into a leadership role that connects people, partners and platforms to keep IAGs digital information working smoothly behind the scenes. As the Digital Classification Team Lead, youll lead a small onshore team while working closely with offshore partners to deliver accurate, reliable classification at scale. Your work helps teams across IAG find the right information quickly, supports regulatory obligations, and keeps customer data safe. This role suits someone who enjoys leading through change, making smart decisions when priorities shift, and improving how work gets done. Youll bring calm direction, clear standards and a people first mindset to a service that really matters. This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne).

What You'll Do

Lead and coach an onshore team while partnering with offshore teams to deliver consistent, high quality digital classification outcomes. Oversee day to day operations, balancing workload, priorities and service levels in response to changing business needs. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, influencing outcomes and resolving issues collaboratively. Drive quality, process improvement and workflow optimisation to improve efficiency, accuracy and customer outcomes. Support change initiatives, updating standards and ways of working as business, regulatory or technology needs evolve. Monitor risks and performance, responding decisively to issues involving sensitive data, capacity or service delivery.

What You'll Bring

Experience leading or influencing teams through change in complex or evolving operational environments. Strong stakeholder relationship skills, with confidence influencing decisions across teams, partners and vendors. Sound business judgement and the ability to make decisions considering operational, risk and regulatory impacts. A proactive, improvement focused mindset, with strengths in process design, workflow management and prioritisation. A leadership style that empowers others, sets clear expectations and supports people to achieve strong outcomes. Experience working with service management platforms such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar tools, is preferred but not essential.
