Job Summary: Our growing company needs an experienced and disruptive Digital Communications Manager, responsible for end-to-end management of the company’s digital communications strategy. As a social media specialist, you will cover competition mapping, strategic roadmap creation and development of monthly calendar for all social media handles & the company website. The incumbent will coordinate with the web agencies, interact with C-level team members, and build new opportunities to improve our digital presence. The ideal candidate should know how to perform account analysis and optimize content, should be adept at SEO work and running paid digital campaigns.
Reporting into the Head – Brand & COMs, India, it is an individual contributor role with support rendered by Regional Digital communication team and Country Business/Marketing resources to deliver on his/her objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the social media strategy: Oversee the management of Company social media accounts by creating, improving, maintaining, and distributing keyword rich content that can help achieve business goals.
• ORM and query management on social media handles by using appreciate social listening tools
• Website revamp, maintenance and optimization
• Ensure content deliveries to match Editorial Calendar: Liaise with agency partners, global/regional communications counterparts to plan & script thought-leadership articles/blogs for C-level executives for social media platforms (LinkedIn), industry forums and client/prospect communication.
• Proficient content creator, well-versed with SEO-based writing for website, third party platforms
• Work with the Business to set the strategic vision for all social programs: Closely work with agency partners to monitor daily performance / identify issues; account analysis and optimizations; create comprehensive analytical reports v/s competitors. Support development of paid digital campaigns and track ROI
• Identify new strategies and tactics for testing and make recommendations to improve Company SOV, web traffic and thus brand awareness in addition of Google Ads.
Skillset required:
• Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field with 6 -7 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics; familiarity with social media
• Preferred blogger/content specialist in the lifestyle, food and technology arena
• Flare to experiment with new technology and progressive way of working
• Ability to work under pressure, working with multiple teams and agencies
• Proficiency in MS Office
