We are currently recruiting for a Digital Content Assistant!
Department Overview
A key department within Space NK, the marketing department are responsible for creating campaigns that engage current customers and drive new customer acquisition. The department consists of three teams: marketing and events, content marketing and digital marketing.
Role Purpose
The Digital Content Assistant reports to the Senior Email Marketing & Digital Content
Coordinator, working closely with the rest of the Content Marketing team, Marketing team and wider teams across the business.
The role is responsible for supporting the Digital Content & Email team on the production of content on SpaceNK.com alongside general administrative tasks. The role offers a great opportunity to develop an understanding of content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Briefing all site content including homepages for the UK and international markets
ensuring they are completed on time and to our requirements by the relevant
departments
• Owning the digital content production process including circulating assets for review,
assisting with the amends process between departments, and building and testing all
content to deadline
• Regular maintenance of the marketing calendar ensuring all launches, promotions
and storytelling content are reflected in the calendar
• Analysing performance of homepages, content landing pages and web pushes and
updating and sharing internal digital content reports, alongside providing data and
insights for weekly and monthly Trade meetings
• Coordinate user generated social content campaigns working to deadlines outlined in
the critical path, including selecting creators, arranging send outs and managing the
publishing of content to site
• Support with content planning; brainstorming ideas to ensure our content is best in
class and driving business goals
• Compiling competitor research analysis and circulating findings to key stakeholders
in the business
• Supporting with ad hoc digital content tasks
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends to ensure Space NK are at the forefront of
innovation
