Job Title- Digital Content Author/ Analyst / Senior Analyst
Location- Mumbai, India
Role Description:
The role is within the Deutsche Bank International Bank, Global Marketing team. As a member of the team, you will work closely with content and web design leads within our central marketing team and external agencies. You'll work with the global head of content to implement text edits on the website and act as a coordinator and project manager, overseeing the work requests from editors.
As a web content manager, you'll ensure all online content is published in a way that suits the user types – 50% of user traffic is on mobile devices. You'll also keep everything up to date and accurate, coordinating with compliance. The content you'll manage will include general web pages, images, videos, thematic articles, product information and marketing campaigns.

Your key responsibilities
Manage the content publishing requests from the Editorial team in Central Marketing, for a global website )
• Build new page content or amend existing content using our Content Management System within Adobe Experience Manager
• Conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in the site content
• Produce maps and visualisations of the website to help staff understand the structure and function of the website,
• To provide recommendations on optimal digital experience with the help of existing components in AEM
• Develop user guides and policies relating to our organisation's web content, such as our in-house writing style and SEO principles.
• Verify and provide recommendations to optimize HTML, CSS and JavaScript code from the website
• Maintain content hygiene and optimise digital assets across website
Your skills and experience
• 2+ years of Adobe Experience Manager, content management system use
• Detailed understanding of SEO content principles for example the use of H tags, URL syntax, keyword analysis and meta descriptions.
• Adobe Photoshop image compression and resizing
• HTML / CSS code understanding (basic/intermediate level)
• Understanding of the creative process associated with html content building
• Able to work independently and collaborate within a team environment as necessary
• Detail oriented, while able to understand and focus on the key points
• Confidence in liaising across business lines and time zones
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing with presentation and organization skills
• Prior experience in the banking sector preferred but not essential
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to solve problems and be pro-active
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to anticipate needs
• Excellent attention to detail
• Calm manner, ability to think on feet and outside the box
