The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity within our Enterprise Dunedin’s PR, Media and Communications portfolio for hands‑on digital administration, asset management, and content delivery support across the destination marketing portfolio. Ensuring efficient and consistent management of asset libraries, digital administration, supporting content logistics, production and capture. The key responsibilities of this role are;
Asset management. Updating and maintaining photographic and video assets within public and team libraries for active and archival use. Ensuring accessibility and consistency, identifying where assets are out-of-date and where gaps exist.
Oversight of asset requests. Responding to and collating requests for assets from internal teams and external partners.
Supporting asset capture. Support and /or manage shoot planning, logistics, permissions and permits, capturing images and video during shoots as appropriate.
Supporting digital outputs. Monitor relevance and accuracy of live digital content. Edit and upload content for digital media platforms as required.
About You
You'll bring experience, energy, and creativity to the role, along with:
A relevant tertiary qualification or strong industry experience
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
A collaborative, values-driven approach to work
Exceptional attention to detail
High level proficiency using Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Creative Suite
A flair for digital content
What we offer:
Part-time 20 hours per week, fixed term opportunity until 26 March 2027

Salary range $81,140 - $95,459 per annum pro rata
