About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and confident Digital Content Creator who’s obsessed with Reels, short-form storytelling, and internet culture. This role is all about turning ideas into scroll-stopping content that entertains, educates, and engages. If you’re someone who knows how to grab attention in the first 3 seconds, can add humour to storytelling, and isn’t shy in front of the camera — we’d love to work with you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, plan, and produce short-form video content (mainly Reels/Shorts) that aligns with brand goals and resonates with our target audience
• Write scripts, captions, and post copy that are witty, impactful, and on-brand
• Storyboard and structure content to ensure clarity, entertainment value, and messaging
• Execute end-to-end video shoots – filming, editing, and post-production tailored to each platform’s best practices
• Stay current on trending audio, formats, hashtags, and viral hooks across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Create engaging and memorable storylines using humour and storytelling techniques
• Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm fresh ideas and bring creative direction to life
• Ensure all content reflects our brand’s voice and personality consistently across platforms
Requirements:
• Actively creating content on your own (Reels, Shorts, vlogs, etc.) is a major plus. If you're already a content creator yourself — we want you.
• 1–2 years of experience in short-form video content creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing work on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms
• Confident and comfortable on camera — clear communication and a relatable presence are key
• Ability to infuse humour, personality, and storytelling into content that sticks
• Bonus if you have experience in entertainment or edutainment niches
• Solid understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, hashtags, and audience engagement strategies
• Proficiency in video editing using tools like Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
• Ability to ideate, execute, and deliver content independently within deadlines
